We required some acknowledgement of country plaques for our offices across australia. It was a very smooth process and the team at Impact glass creations were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us a lot with getting the wording right which was our biggest concern. I contacted Impact Glass Creations after being let down by one of their competitors. We had designed an award which we knew was going to be difficult to produce. The competitor had assured us that they could do it and then stopped returning calls. When we eventually contacted them the admitted that the job was Beyond them, Enter Tony, Ben and the team at Impact. They took on the job and re-engineered our design in a way that not only made it workable but also improved it and made it easier to update. The design meant integrating woodwork, metalwork and vinyl printing. Impact managed the job seamlessly and despite being called into the game late, they delivered a high quality product on time.

They were very professional and we worked out the quickest solution for me as this was required in a short space of time. The process was quick and I had various emails for ideas and proofing.
