HDHS Acknowledgement Plaque

This acknowledgement plaque was created to thank the recipients. Direct Health Services wanted to use it to send a lasting message to the recipient, one that wouldn’t fade or break and would memorialise the recipient’s work. instead of crystal, we worked with wood and metal, shaping it with many of the same techniques we use with our crystal awards.
